The operating process of a wheeled excavator generally includes preparation work, starting operation, operation during operation and shutdown operation.

Preparation: Check whether the engine, hydraulic oil, hydraulic system, walking system and other equipment are normal.

Start operation: Enter the cab, start the engine, and pay attention to the engine's running sound and the instructions of each instrument to ensure the engine's running smoothly.

Operation during operation: When starting, first press the brake pedal, switch the gear to the appropriate position, then slowly release the brake pedal, and start smoothly. During excavation operations, the lifting, rotating and telescoping of the bucket is controlled by operating the control lever. When excavating, the excavation force and angle should be adjusted reasonably according to the soil quality to avoid excessive force damage to the equipment. When loading and unloading materials, the excavator should be stopped stably and adjusted to align the excavator with the material and the transport vehicle to improve loading and unloading efficiency.

Shutdown operation: After the operation is completed, drive the excavator away from the operation site and park on a flat and solid ground. Pull up the hand brake, switch gear to neutral, and turn off the engine. After turning off the engine, check all parts of the equipment again to clean up the soil and debris on the equipment.
